WI for REAL!

259.2!!!!!!!  -7.8!!!

I nearly peed myself I was so excited!!!!!  AND, it was even on the sucky gym scale that I hate!!

This is what motivated me to complete the 61 laps I swam--thinking of food for the majority of the swim and all!

Day by day--I CAN do this!!

**AND--I had to decrease my daily point intake by 1--I know that isn't much, but this is the first step of many!!
