It's just a minor bump on the road to health and wellbeing my friend. Getting back to tracking all your calories in and out will definately help, you're a smart girl, you know what you need to do!
It is so friggin hard. I swear I do well during the week and then once the weekend comes my willpower goes out the window and then I spend the week recovering from my overeating on the weekend. I'm still struggling with the mindful eating (aka not eating when not hungry and stopping when satisfied) but I figure even if I see a tiny bit of positive change it is worth sticking with.
